Pecorino con Pere e Zenzero
The famous Italian saying goes: “Don’t let the farmer know how good cheese with pears is”. Pears and cheese is love at first sight. We decided to combine this couple with a special ingredient such as ginger, which is very aromatic in both taste and smell: slightly hot, acrid and spicy. The sweet flavour of the milk and pear blends perfectly with that of the ginger, in an enveloping mix of sweet and sour flavours. The result is a fresh pecorino with an intense aroma and a sparkling taste that literally melts in your mouth.
