Il Baccellone Primosale di Toscana
Rectangular Baccellone is the typical Tuscan primosale: sweet and delicate, it is produced with mixed pasteurised cow’s and sheep’s milk. It is traditionally eaten mainly in springtime with broad beans (the “baccelli” in Tuscany), good crusty bread, raw ham, vegetables and seasonal fruit.
