Pecorino con Pepe Nero
A classic traditional recipe, the famous “cacio e pepe” pasta served as an inspiration for this pecorino cheese with its lively and appetising flavour.
The white, compact paste is studded with black peppercorns that release all their intense flavour in the mouth. The relatively short maturation period gives this pecorino a pleasant, penetrating aroma. A timeless classic among our flavoured pecorinos, it is perfect for a variety of uses in the kitchen: ideal for creaming pasta alla carbonara or diced over simple spaghetti with oil, excellent for giving an extra touch to hors d’oeuvres and aperitifs.
